Speaker Guidelines
Presentation Time Limit: 20 min + 5 min Q & A
Technical details:
-Screen is 45.5" wide x 25.75" high or 3072 pixels wide x 1738 pixels high.
-The projector has a 4:3 size ratio.
-VGA and HDMI inputs and cables available, standard for Microsoft systems.
-For a MAC laptop, please bring in own adapters.
-A laptop is not necessary if using standard PC based programs (Microsoft).
-A lavalier mic, podium microphone, wireless slide advance will be available at the podium.
Few pointers for the speakers:
-Before each session (during breaks) check in with the session moderators.
-Two Maryland residents per session will be available to aid the presenters with the AV set-up and checks.
-Presentation on a memory stick to the podium is the simplest means of presenting
